I spent two decades inside global powerhouses, like Gartner, Swarovski and Merkle. I learned how the worlds biggest brands build trust, secure partnerships and scale revenue through strategic 'moments'.But it wasn't until I launched my own brand Cashmere Duck, that I saw the 'Prestige Gap' facing indie founders today. I successfully navigated the path from a lockdown concept to the shelves of Fenwick. I realised that in a world of rising digital noise, the most powerful tool a brand has is Physical Credibility.I founded The Connection House to bridge this gap. We combine the data-driven rigor I learned at Gartner and Merkle, with the sensory, experiential marketing I led at Mood Media.
